Artwork We require sharp, black and white print ready, color separated artwork. Good artwork is essential to producing quality products. Our graphics department can help you reproduce your artwork if necessary.
Layout Sheets / Templates
We can provide PDFs to help you set up your artwork for most items. Send a request with the item # and name in the subject line.
Programs Accepted
We are PC-based, but accept MAC files. In order to process your order efficiently, please use the following programs: ♦ Adobe® Illustrator CS2 or lower ♦ CorelDraw™ X3 or lower ♦ AI, EPS, CDR
To avoid font problems, convert all fonts to paths/outlines/curves.
Vector based art is preferred with colors identified using the PMS system. If the artwork you have is a bitmap image (.bmp, .jpg, .gif, .tif), artwork charges may apply.
Over Runs and Under Runs
We reserve the right to over ship or under ship any order up to 5% of the quantity specified on the order. Every effort will be made to prevent under shipping on orders.
Exact Quantity
To ship exact quantity specified on order (no over or under runs) $15.00
Large Quantity Orders
We require a Pre-Production Proof on all end quantity and larger quantity orders (first proof at no charge). Please allow additional production time.
Cancellation Charge
Orders in process will be charged on the basis of labor and materials used. Minimum charge $40.00.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the only returns allowed are when the product is unacceptable due to manufacturing defect. RA# is required for all returns.
Proofs
We highly recommend you choose an eMail Proof or Faxed Proof option. By choosing the no proof option, although it expedites your job, there are known risks. By choosing NOT to have a proof, you approved this job be produced "as is" and accept full responsibility for all graphical and typographical errors and understand that there will be no refunds if there are any problems with the job.You understand that once this order is submitted changes may not be possible, though we will do everything we can to assure your complete satisfaction.

Since the majority of our products are manufactured in the USA (the Enviro pens are manufactured Italy), many can be shipped in just a few days -- sometimes 24 hours. Give us a call, and we will do everything we can to make your deadline.
